A beauty contest for women with disabilities, «Miss Independence 2017», took place in Moscow for the 8th time on October 19, 2017. Our students, though, proved that disability would not hamper their capability of dancing, doing sports, and going into higher education.
Ten contestants participated in this beauty pageant. Ulyana Privalova, our fourth-year student of Applied Mathematics and Informatics Department, was crowned «Miss Independence 2017». Another student, that of the Foreign Languages Department, Tatyana Chochayeva was awarded the «Miss Charming» title.
